Ingredients
| Chick Peas | 1 cup | |
| Tahini (Sesame seed paste) | 1/3 cup | |
| Lemon juice | 2 lemon | |
| Garlic | 5 cloves | |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp | |
| Cumin powder | 1 tsp | |
| Yogurt | 1/4 cup | |
| Olive Oil | 1/4 cup | |
| Parsley | 1 tbsp | 
Method
- Soak dried chick peas in a bowl of water for 6 - 8 hours
 - Cook until the chick peas are tender. Omit step 1&2 if using canned beans.
 - In a food processor, add the chick peas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, cumin powder and salt. blend until smooth. Add water as needed.
 - Garnish with parsley and olive oil.
