Ingredients
- Nellikka (Gooseberry/Amla) - 3
- Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
- Bird's eye chili - 3
- Small Onion / Shallot (Optional) - 2
- Ginger (Optional) - 1/2" piece
- Curry Leaves (Optional) - 2 or 3
- Salt - As required
- Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped (Optional) - 2Tbsp

Method
- Remove seeds from Gooseberry and cut into small pieces
- Clean Shallot, Ginger, Bird's eye chili, Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves and cut into small pieces
- Put all the ingredients into mixie
- Add Coconut and Salt into it
- Coarsely grind it without adding water
- Serve with rice / kanji
