Method
- For Sun Dried Bananas, choose ripen bananas
- Slice them into thin pieces around half a centimeter
- Arrange the slices in a flat metallic plate
- cover with a thin cotton cloth
- Keep in direct sunlight for 5 days
- Every next day turn the slice and put the other side up
Once the bananas are dried, they can be stored in an air tight container. They can be used as dried fruits or as banana candies. Sun Dried Bananas are tastier than the ripen bananas and also they are good for helth
