Carrot Raita

Ingredients

  1. Carrot  - medium size
  2. Black salt -1/4 tsp 
  3. Raisins - 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper - 1/4-
  5. Yogurt 200 - gms
  6. Roasted Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp
Method :


  1. Wash and peel the carrot now, grate it with help of a cheese grater (to get fine pieces ).
Whisk the yogurt with a fork . Add raisins  black salt , black pepper and roasted jeera powder .

keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes .
