Ingredients
- Hung Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Mint Leaves (finely chopped) - 1tbsp
- Cream Cheese - 1 cube
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
- Spring Onion (finely chopped) - 1tbsp
- Red Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1tbsp
- Pinch of Salt
Method
- Mash the cheese with the fork, add yogurt and whisk till smooth
- Add the balance ingredients and mix well
- Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes
- Serve with chips, cucumber and carrot sticks.
