How to prepare Italian pasta?
Have you ever thought of the tasty italian pasta can be made in your own kitchen. Yes it's very easy to prepare. Follow the receipe below and try , you will wonder about your talent in cooking.
1)Raw materials required
1.1) Rotini- two cups (measuring cup)
1.2) Tomato- 2nos
1.3) Big Onion-2nos
1.4) Carrot- 1nos
1.5) Green peas-1cup (if you get fresh/ frozen green peas that is better, if not soak it for 6 to 8hrs in water before you start preparing pasta)
1.6) Chicken stock / Vegetable stock - 1nos ( you can ask for Maggie or any other brand )
1.7) Chicken masala/Vegetable masala- 1 tablespoon
1.8) Oregano- 1/2 teaspoon
1.9) Olive oil- 3 teaspoon
2) Equipments required
2.1) Sauce pan - 1nos (medium size )
2.2) Spatula- 1nos
2.3) Sieve- 1 nos
2.4) Non stick Frying pan -1 nos
3) Procedure
3.1) Take half litre of water in the sauce pan.
3.2) Put over the flame on your stove.
3.3) Bring it to boiling.
3.4) Put half of a chicken stock/ vegetable stock to the boiling water. (this is already salty, so usually no need to add extra salt)
3.5) Slowly transfer the Rotini from the bowl to the boiling water.
3.6) Boil the rotini for 15minutes
3.7) Remove from stove and pour to the strainer.
3.8) Place a pan over the stove and make it hot
3.9) Put a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
3.10) Chop the onions and transfer to the pan.
3.11) Saute for 5 minutes.
3.12) Chop the tomato and transfer to the pan.
3.13) Saute both onion and tomato for 5 minutes.
3.14) Put the green peas also to the pan and saute for 5minutes.
3.15) Grate the carrot and transfer to the pan.
3.16) Put a little salt (upto your taste)
3.17) Saute for another 2minutes.
3.18) Pour 1/2 cup of water and let it come to boil.
3.19) Now put the curry masala (veg/ chicken masala).
3.20) Transfer the rottini already cooked from the strainer to the pan.
3.21) Mix it well with the spatula.
3.22) Now sprinkle the oregano and mix well with the spatula.
3.23) Switch off the flame.
3.24) Pour the oilve oil.
3.25) Serve in a bowl to your family, friends and guests.
